MYO BORN uses a synergistic effect through four mechanisms. Myo Inositol is a precursor of second messengers in the insulin signalling pathway, specifically IP3 (inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate), and increases FSH signalling in granulosa cells for follicle development and maturation and increased sensitivity to insulin. D-Chiro Inositol is involved in insulin’s action in the synthesis of glycogen and lowers androgens’ production in the ovarian theca cells. The 40:1 physiological Myo: D-Chiro ratio is found in the follicular fluid in normal ovaries; restoring the ratio leads to improved hormonal regulation inside the ovaries. Vitamin D3 works on the vitamin D receptors in ovarian tissue, uterus, and pituitary glands — improves insulin sensitivity and reduces AMH resistance and promotes AMH folliculogenesis. N-Acetylcysteine is a precursor for glutathione, the body’s antioxidant that decreases reactive oxygen species affecting the oocytes’ quality and insulin sensitisation.

Dosage and Administration
